Store Policy
Make sure you’re entering in the correct billing address that’s associated with your bank card. Your shipping & billing address should be the same to make a purchase. If the correct information isn’t entered, your payment will not process.
1.) Shipping Process
Allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday ( if order was placed on a Friday, the order will be processed the next business day ).
2.) Tracking Information
After receiving an email with tracking information, shipping activity will become available after 24 hours.
3.) Refund/Return Policy
We do offer a refund but only on unopened hair extensions ( hair cannot be tampered with ). Must return hair within 5 days you received your order. Please attach a note inside your package including order number and reason for return.
All sales are FINAL on custom color hair/units.
